Barrett's 4 Month Check-Up

Barrett had his 4 month check-up today. He weighed in at 13 pounds 9 ounces and was 22 and 3/4 inches long. Right now he is in the 50th percentile for weight and a little below the chart for height. I guess he is following in his big brother's footsteps:) While we were there Hudson got to get a surprise flu shot. Dr. Smalley said that he really needed one, and even though Hudson thought Barrett was the only one who would be getting the shots, he handled it very well. He didn't argue about it and didn't cry one bit. He is a tough little boy! Poor little Barrett, on the other hand, screamed his little head off until we got out of the doctor's office. I would have too after having my ears dug in and 4 needles in me. Maybe he will sleep well tonight after using so much energy, but I'm not planning on it:)

Hudson and Barrett also got to see their cousin, Braden, for the first time today (on a tape of his 4D ultrasound). Only 2 more months until his arrival, and we are very excited! It will be fun to have all 3 of the boys so close.
