Disney World - Day One

The boys were so excited to wake up at Disney World! Barrett actually woke up when we got there close to midnight the night before and was ready to go! I think he finally fell asleep around 1:00!
We took a boat from the Wildnerness Lodge to the Contemporary Resort...

For a yummy breakfast at Chef Mickey's!
The boys got to meet Mickey Mouse himself for the first time and his friends too...
Minnie Mouse
Silly Goofy
And Donald Duck too!
And then it was off to the most fun place of all...Magic Kingdom!
The boys thought Cinderella's Castle was too cool!
And the first ride we rode was the good old teacups:)

And can you believe Hudson drove this racecar! He was a pretty good driver and only rear-ended us a couple of times:)
No 1st trip to Disney would be complete without a set of Mickey Mouse ears
with names stitched on them.

and a 1st Visit to Disney World button!
And then there was the classic Dumbo ride. The boys loved it too! In fact, they would have ridden every ride there if they had been tall enough. They are 2 fearless little boys!
And here is how Barrett felt that afternoon. I don't blame him! We did a lot of walking and could of used a nap ourselves.
We had our first dinner at the Crystal Palace with Pooh and gang.
Hudson, Tigger, and Barrett
Finally we made it back to the Wilderness Lodge. Isn't the totem pole cute? We LOVED the Wilderness Lodge and will probably stay there again one day:)

Ahhhh...time for bed after a long, fun day at Magic Kingdom!

Goodnight! Tomorrow we're off to Animal Kingdom for a Safari Breakfast!
